The entire course is made up of 40 different themes which is divided into 7 modules. It takes one day to complete a module. We discuss important themes like personal hygiene and menstruation, study methods, bullying, table manners and so much more.

When attending a Hartsmeisie course, each girl receives a Hartsmeisie t-shirt as well as a Hartsmeisie booklet and module certificate. When the girl completes all seven modules, she becomes a Hartsmeisie ambassador.
